Refund & Billing Policy

• The Inside Track — $4.99/month (3-day free trial):a recurring monthly subscription (newsletter + deadline tracker). It starts with a 3-day free trial; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, it converts to $4.99/month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Résumé Review — $149 one-time: a single payment for a one-time service.
• Total Prep & Mentorship — $799 one-time, then $89/month: an initial one-time payment plus a recurring monthly mentorship subscription that continues until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price and interval. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel. We’ll email a receipt for each charge.

You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won’t be charged again. There is no cancellation fee.

Because much of our value is delivered immediately (intel, the tracker, downloadable/sent content, and personalized review time):

• Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable for periods already started; cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• One-time services (Résumé Review, the one-time portion of Total Prep) are refundable only if we have not yet begun the work. Once review or mentorship work has started, fees for that work are non-refundable.

If you were charged in error, charged after canceling, or have a billing problem, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right. We may also grant refunds at our discretion. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

If a recurring charge fails, Stripe will retry over a short grace period. Your access continues during retries. If payment ultimately cannot be collected, the subscription is canceled and access ends.

We may change prices. Any change applies to future billing periods, and we’ll give notice before it takes effect. Continuing your subscription after a price change means you accept the new price.
