Terms of Service

CRNA Bound is an informational and mentorship service for nurses pursuing admission to nurse anesthesia (CRNA) programs. We provide application deadline tracking, program information, a newsletter, resume review, and one-on-one mentorship, depending on the plan you choose.

The Service is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any nurse anesthesia program, university, accrediting body, the COA, the NBCRNA, or any other organization referenced in the Service.

We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any program, any specific interview, any score, any financial outcome, or any other result. Admissions decisions are made solely by the programs. Any statements about earnings, salaries, timelines, or success are illustrative and not a promise of results. Your outcome depends on many factors outside our control.

Program details — including deadlines, requirements, and estimated costs of attendance— are provided for general informational purposes and convenience. Cost figures shown as “estimates” are approximations derived from public data and may not reflect a program’s current tuition, fees, residency rules, or total cost of attendance.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify deadlines, requirements, and costs directly with the program before relying on them or submitting an application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Recurring subscriptions (such as The Inside Track and the monthly mentorship component) renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. The Inside Track begins with a 3-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid $4.99/month subscription.

You can cancel anytime from your account billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or stated in our Refund & Billing Policy. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute paid content or your account access;
• Scrape, copy, or republish our compiled data or content in bulk;
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
• Attempt to breach security, rate limits, or access controls.

The Service, including its content, design, compiled program data, and newsletter, is owned by CRNA Bound and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own application journey. All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Mentorship, reviews, and guidance reflect personal experience and opinion. They are not legal, financial, medical, or professional licensing advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for complying with each program’s requirements.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRNA Bound WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold CRNA Bound harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which CRNA Bound operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by law.
